Items being procured: - Installation of Solarization 15-kw hybrid (off-grid) Solar System for District Bar Room, Sheikhupura (Lot-01) - Installation of Solarization 12-kw hybrid (off-grid) Solar System for Bar Room, Sub Division, Ferozewala (Lot-02) The technical scope includes installation of hybrid off-grid solar systems with capacities of 15-kw and 12-kw respectively at designated court rooms. The project requires firms to submit bids electronically on Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) before the closing date and time. Bidders must quote item rates as per bidding documents and submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. The successful bidder will provide a performance guarantee equivalent to 10% of the contract value within 15 days of signing the contract. Eligibility criteria include registration with PEC, active Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Professional Sales Tax on Services under relevant authority.
