Tender Description
The District and Sessions Court Sujawal is procuring the installation of an Ultra Filtration (U.F) Water Filtration Plant with a capacity of 5000 gallons per day. This procurement is specifically for the District and Sessions Court located in Sujawal, Sindh. The project involves supply and installation of a complete water filtration system including feed pumps, Pall membranes, multimedia filters, stainless steel bag filter housings, solenoid valves, UPVC ball check valves, CIP tanks, digital PLC controllers, carbon block filters, UV boxes, water tanks, and other related components. The plant also includes a prefab room and solarization components such as solar panels, inverter, and copper cables to ensure sustainable power supply. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors, manufacturers, authorized distributors, or experienced service providers with a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. They must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and registered under the Sales Tax Act with valid NTN, GST, and Vendor numbers. Bidders should have successfully completed at least two similar contracts and possess qualified technical staff. The bid security of PKR 90,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePAD) portal by the deadline of 08th June 2026 at 09:30 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 10:00 AM at the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II Sujawal. The contract includes a one-year warranty and requires performance guarantees.
