The Public Health Engineering Division Hub invites sealed tenders from eligible contractors/firms for various water supply and solarization works under the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026 of the Government of Balochistan, under BSDI - III (2026-2027). Items being procured: - Installation of Solar Water Bore for Government Boys Degree College Hub - Water Supply Scheme with Solarization at Abdul Rehman Doda Goth Winder - Water Supply Scheme on Police 2X Police on CPS Winder Kanraj Road - Water Supply Scheme Goth Nim Achra MC Winder Mozza Kassi - Provision of Water Bore Haji Chakar Goth Winder District HUB - Water Supply Scheme for Goth Haji Ibrahim Sheikh Sakran Hub - Water Supply Scheme Haji Nazeer Muhammad Goth MC Winder Mozza Kassi - Water Supply Scheme Hussain Goth MC Winder Mozza Chore - Water Supply Scheme Khair Muhammad Goth Sarmastani Mohala Moza Chor MC Winder - Water Supply Scheme Safar Goth Dan MC Winder Chore These works involve installation of solar water bores and water supply schemes with solarization components, ensuring sustainable water supply solutions in the Winder area. The scope includes civil works, solar equipment installation, and water supply infrastructure development. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors/firms with valid registration/renewal with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialization. Valid registration with FBR in Income Tax, Sales Tax, and BRA (all returns shown active and online verifiable) is mandatory. Work orders of similar nature (water supply works) completed in the last 03 years are required with completion certificates. Detailed financial soundness with required turnover as per criteria in bidding documents must be provided. Judicial stamp paper and company letterhead confirming no blacklisting by any Government or Semi-Government organization is required. Financial bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee. Authorized representatives of the company will only be allowed to bid with a specific authorization letter on non-judicial stamp paper. All terms and conditions specified in the bidding documents apply. Bids must be signed, stamped, and marked from 1st to last page. No cutting or overwriting is allowed. The bid submission deadline is **26 August 2026 before 12:00 PM**. The technical bid will be opened on the same day at 01:00 AM.
