The Military Engineer Services (MES) Islamabad invites applications along with all credentials for prequalification of firms and contractors under GE (Navy) Maintenance Islamabad. The scope includes a variety of civil, electrical, and furniture-related works across different locations in Islamabad. Items being procured: - External DC Work of 256 x Men miscellaneous Barracks at Islamabad - Replacement of electric wiring, water supply & sui gas with fitting & fixture & external electric at A-17 Block Quarter No. 1,2,3,4,5 & 6 Street-35 - Provision of furniture items in different locations under F&S Sub Division at Islamabad - Abnormal Works in Different location under B&R-I, B&R-II, E&M Sub Division at Islamabad - Miscellaneous Repair/Maint Works in Different Location under B&R-I, B&R-II, E&M Sub Division at Islamabad - Repair/Replacement / Minor Works of Different locations at Islamabad - DC Works of different locations under B&R-I & B&R-II Sub Divisions - Repair/Maint of U/S Furniture Items in Different Locations under F&S Sub Division at Islamabad - Miscellaneous Minor Works in Different Under B&R-I, B&R-II, E&M Sub Division at Islamabad - Term Contracts of Different Zone in Different Location under B&R-I, B&R-II, E&M Sub Division The technical scope covers external DC works, electrical wiring replacement, water supply and gas fitting, furniture provision, and various minor and abnormal repair works across multiple sub-divisions. Firms must be enlisted with MES in category 'E' or higher or with other government departments and have relevant experience. Renewal of Pakistan Engineering Council registration for the year 2026-27 is mandatory. Applicants must provide detailed information including lists of moveable and immoveable assets, personnel details, machinery/equipment, bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certificates. Prequalification documents can be obtained from GE (Navy) Maintenance Sector E-8 Islamabad. Applications must be received by 15 October 2026 and tenders will be opened on 23 October 2026 at 1200 hours. Contractors may witness the tender opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA rules.
