Collection, Loading/Unloading, Erection, Concreting, Backfilling and Earthing of HT/LT Spun & Structure Poles and Substations in District Talagang (Tehsil Lawa) or Anywhere in IESCO under R.E Construction Division Chakwal

The Village Electrification (Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO)) invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works related to the collection, loading/unloading, erection, concreting, backfilling and earthing of HT/LT spun and structure poles and substations in District Talagang (Tehsil Lawa) or anywhere in IESCO under R.E Construction Division Chakwal. This tender is specifically for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is valued at approximately **PKR 11,450,258**. Items being procured: - Collection from designated stores (Islamabad/Rawalpindi) - Loading and unloading of HT/LT spun and structure poles - Erection and concreting of HT structures (58', 45', 36') and LT structures (31') - Backfilling and earthing arrangements for HT/LT steel structures - Installation of earth rods for distribution transformers on single and double structures - Installation and fixing of stay rods The technical scope includes safe handling, transportation, and erection of poles and substations as per WAPDA specifications and drawings. The work will be executed within the jurisdiction of District Talagang (Tehsil Lawa) or anywhere in IESCO's operational area under the R.E Construction Division Chakwal. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialized codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, and have valid registrations with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and NTDC Lahore. They must also provide audited financial statements for the last three years, demonstrate relevant experience, and submit bid security as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal by **Friday, October 30, 2026 at 09:30 AM**. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
