Supply and Fixing of Integrated Three in One Off-Grid LED Lighting with Pole at Malir Cantonment

The Military Lands and Cantonments Department, Cantonment Board Malir, Karachi, is inviting bids for the supply and fixing of integrated three in one off-grid LED lighting with poles at Malir Cantonment. This procurement is aimed at enhancing street lighting infrastructure within the cantonment area to improve safety and energy efficiency. Items being procured: - Supply and fixing of Street Light pole, but round conical, galvanized 6 meter long, including 'J' bolt set, double arm pole complete with base plate as specified including digging holes, provision and erection in position and setting 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 foundation at Garrison Graveyard (7 Nos.) - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of integrated three in one off-grid LED lighting units complete in all respects at Garrison Graveyard, with minimum specifications: Wattage min 90 watts, Lumens/W > 160, Backup > 12 hours, Control: Intelligent control, Material: Aluminum (15 Nos.) The technical scope includes the provision of galvanized steel poles with proper foundation works and the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting units with intelligent control systems and sufficient backup for off-grid operation. The site for installation is the Garrison Graveyard within Malir Cantonment, Karachi. Eligible bidders should be original equipment manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, contractors, or wholesalers with relevant experience in LED lighting and street light pole installation. Compliance with all terms and conditions as per the invitation to bid and instructions to bidders is mandatory. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR at 5% of the bid price is required. The tender opening is scheduled at 12:30 Noon on the specified date. Bidders should ensure timely submission of their bids to the Cantonment Executive Officer, Malir Cantonment.
