Tender Description
The Provincial Buildings Division No.I Karachi is procuring internal and external electrification works for Oyster Tower Flats located in Clifton, Karachi. This tender invites qualified contractors to undertake comprehensive electrical installation and wiring services at the specified site. The scope includes all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the electrification works in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided by the Executive Engineer. The project is valued at a bold PKR 3,000,000 and requires strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
Eligible bidders must possess a valid Electric License issued by the Inspectorate of Electrical License, be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Additionally, contractors should have relevant PEC registration and demonstrate experience with similar electrical projects within the last five years. A 5% Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The bid security will be converted into a performance guarantee upon successful award.
The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division No.I Karachi, located at Barrack No.18, Block 4-A, Sindh Secretariat Saddar Karachi. The deadline for submission of bids is 04-06-2026 at 09:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 10:00 AM. Bidders are advised to submit their technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and name of work.
