Medical Health Insurance for PIEDMC Employees for FY 2026-27

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites e-bids from Companies or Groups of Companies with at least AA+ rating to submit their quotes for Medical Health Insurance of PIEDMC employees for Hospitalization and Maternity for the period of one year (renewable). The scope covers comprehensive health insurance for all eligible employees, including hospitalization and maternity benefits, as per the requirements of PIEDMC. Only firms registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and listed as active taxpayers, are eligible to participate. Bidding will be conducted under the provision of PPRA Rules 2014 on Single Stage One Envelope basis. Bidding documents, containing terms and conditions, can be downloaded from the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), PIEDMC website (www.pie.com.pk), and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Items being procured: - Medical Health Insurance for PIEDMC employees (Hospitalization and Maternity coverage) for FY 2026-27 Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 20th October, 2026, before 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Bid security of Rs. 299,000 (2% of the estimated cost) must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab as per Punjab e-Procurement System regulations. No physical financial instruments (CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, Bank Draft) will be accepted. The procurement process will be completed in accordance with the Finance Department's instructions.
