Iron Sheet, C Channel and Self Drive Screws for Mosque Shed of CUI-Lahore Campus

Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids for the procurement of iron sheets, C channels, and self-drive screws for the mosque shed at its Lahore campus. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of **October 7, 2026, 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Items being procured: - Powder coated profile shaped corrugated iron sheet (24 SWG), Corrugated size (17 ft x 4 ft) = 80 Sheets, Gola V-shape (17 ft x 2 ft) = 4 Sheets, total 2463 Kg - G.I C-channel 6 inch x 1.5 inch x 1/2 inch cooled pressed sheet (22 SWG), length 15 ft, quantity 20 Nos, total 142 Kg - S/S 12 number x 5.5 mm sd3 metal self-drill screw 2 inch long with 1 metal and 1 rubber washer, quantity 600 Nos The technical scope includes supplying these materials complete in all respects as per approved specifications. Samples for screws are available at the works department for inspection. Delivery location is Comsats University Islamabad, Defence Road, Lahore, with a delivery schedule of 15 days. Eligible bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements, be registered with FBR/ATL, and submit bid security as specified. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft physically before the bid submission deadline at the university's address.
