AUCTION: Unserviceable Items Including Vehicle Spare Parts, Hardware, Electrical Appliances by University of Narowal

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Narowal is offering an auction of various unserviceable, redundant, irreparable, and unusable items from its departments. These include vehicle spare parts, hardware, electrical appliances, and other goods. The auction will be held on Wednesday, October 07, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Faize Ahmad Faize Lounge (Opposite to old Campus) of the University of Narowal. Interested individuals, firms, and companies can participate as per the terms and conditions. Items being auctioned: - Lot 01: Batteries of Different Sizes from University Official Vehicles, Student Buses and Generator (Base Price PKR 414,300, Earnest Money PKR 25,000) - Lot 02: Tyres from Official Vehicles and Student Buses (Base Price PKR 930,150, Earnest Money PKR 50,000) - Lot 03: Used Oil from Official Vehicles, Student Buses and Generator (Base Price PKR 416,454, Earnest Money PKR 25,000) - Lot 04: Accessories and Spare parts of Official Vehicles and Student Buses etc. (Base Price PKR 142,550, Earnest Money PKR 10,000) - Lot 05: Different Kind of Electrical Materials and IT & Hardware parts etc. (Base Price PKR 17,100, Earnest Money PKR 5,000) - Lot 06: Different kind of material like sanitary, fittings, etc. (Base Price PKR 5,350, Earnest Money PKR 1,000) The auction is conducted on an 'As is, Where is' basis following government rules and University directives. Bidders must register by 09:30 AM on auction day and submit valid CNIC, NTN, and earnest money deposit in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Treasurer, University of Narowal. Bidding will be on a complete lot or bulk basis; individual items from a lot will not be sold separately. The highest bid is provisional subject to final approval. Successful bidders must deposit full payment within 5 working days after approval. Loading, handling, and transportation costs are the responsibility of the bidder.
