Tender Description
COMSATS University Islamabad Lahore Campus is procuring a comprehensive range of IT accessories including branded USB wired and wireless keyboards and mice, HDMI cables of various lengths, VGA to USB converters, USB to HDMI converters, USB flash drives, and multifunctional D-Port converters. This procurement is specifically for the Lahore campus and aims to equip the university with high quality, branded IT peripherals to support its academic and administrative functions.
The technical scope covers a variety of items such as HP, Dell, A4Tech or equivalent branded wired and wireless mice and keyboards with specified dimensions and features, HDMI cables supporting 4K resolution, converters for VGA to USB and USB to HDMI, and high-speed USB flash drives with 64GB capacity. All items require a one-year comprehensive warranty and must be supplied by authorized distributors or dealers to ensure quality and warranty claims.
Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and comply with all tax and legal requirements. The tender demands earnest money and tender fee in the form of bank instruments, which must be uploaded scanned on the PPRA EPADS portal and originals submitted before the closing time.
