Tender Description
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from reputed firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the procurement of IT Deceptor Solution aimed at enhancing the cybersecurity posture of LESCO. The procurement is financed under LESCO's Local funds on FCS basis and delivery is to be made at the Conignee's Stores at Chief (IT) Officer, 132 KV Ghazi Grid Station Barki Road Lahore.

- IT Deceptor Solution for Enhancement of Cybersecurity Posture of LESCO (Qty: 03)
The bidding documents include detailed terms and conditions, complete specifications, drawings, procurement method, submission procedure, bid bond/security and performance guarantee/bond requirements, bid validity, bid opening, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, and performance guarantee details. These documents are available for download on E-PADs portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk and LESCO's official website www.lesco.gov.pk as well as on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website http://www.ppra.gov.pk until one day before the tender opening date.
Bidders must submit/upload electronic bids on the E-PADs portal. Only Bid Bond/Guarantee shall be submitted in hard copy form to the Chief Engineer (Material Management) LESCO HQ, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore on or before the deadline. Bids will be opened through E-PADs on the same date and time as specified. This advertisement is also available on LESCO's website and PPRA portal.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and Sales Tax Departments and have relevant experience. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Bond is mandatory as per bidding documents.
The last date for submission of bids is 28-10-2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM on the same day. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the instructions in the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the E-PADs portal to avoid disqualification.
