Tender Description
The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of IT Equipment under the Export Assistance Program for SMEs (EAP) for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is funded by the Export Development Fund (EDF) and aims to support eligible SMEs by providing necessary IT equipment to enhance their export capabilities.

- IT Equipment under Export Assistance Program for SMEs (EAP)
The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit a Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Call at Deposit as specified in the bidding documents. The original Bid Security must be submitted at SMEDA Head Office before the bid opening date, while a scanned copy must be uploaded on EPADS during bid submission.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal and SMEDA's official website. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
The deadline for bid submission is Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Interested vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register via the provided vendor portal. A tutorial for registration is available on YouTube.
