Tender Description
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Mardan is procuring a comprehensive range of IT equipment for its sub-offices located in Mardan. This procurement includes laptops, desktop PCs, printers, photocopiers, biometric readers, professional book scanners, smart LED TVs, interactive flat panel displays, an interactive video wall, servers, external hard drives, networking switches, CCTV systems, UPS power backup, cameras, and air conditioners. The scope covers supply, installation, and commissioning of these items to enhance the technological infrastructure of the Deputy Commissioner's offices.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and comply with KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014. Firms should have experience in supplying and installing IT equipment and maintain valid FBR registration and ATL status. Although no specific PEC category is mentioned, financial soundness and technical capability are essential.
Bidding documents are available on the KP-PPRA Web Portal and EPADS. Sealed bids must be submitted via registered courier to the Deputy Commissioner Mardan office by 07-July-2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will be rejected. A bid security of 2% of the total bid value in the form of a CDR is mandatory. The Deputy Commissioner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without liability.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the bid security CDR is correctly issued in favor of the Deputy Commissioner Mardan and included with the technical bid to avoid disqualification. Attention to detail in the bid submission package can significantly improve chances of success.
