Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sound Amplification System, Electronic Timing Devices and DG Sets at Pakistan Sports Complex Islamabad

The Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad invites bids for the comprehensive design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a state-of-the-art Sound Amplification System, Electronic Timing Devices, and Diesel Generator Sets at various facilities within the Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. This turnkey project encompasses multiple venues including Jinnah Stadium, Hamidi Hall, Liaquat Gymnasium, Naseer Banda Hockey Stadium, Roshan Squash Court, Rodham Hall, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Items being procured:\n- Sound Amplification System components such as network power amplifiers, digital audio matrix systems, audio streaming players, speaker line checkers, Dante audio signal routers, various types of speakers including column, line, sub-woofer, horn, ceiling mount, and wireless receivers/transmitters\n- Electronic Timing Devices including photo finish cameras, start and false start systems, electronic distance measurement devices, wind gauges, lap counters, athletic switchers, fixed cabling, and air conditioning units for equipment rooms\n- Diesel Generator Sets of 500 kVA prime rating with associated ATS panels, fuel storage tanks, fuel transfer pumps, piping, and accessories\nThe scope includes all civil works related to control rooms, cable trenches, foundations, and installation supports. The technical specifications require compliance with international standards such as EN-54, IEC, FINA, IAAF, and others relevant to sports and electrical equipment. Bidders must be PEC registered in category C1 or above with specialization in sound and electrical works and demonstrate OEM authorization with at least 20 years of experience and 25 installations in international sports arenas. The contract duration is 182 days from commencement. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS portal. The bid security amount is PKR 10,000,000. The project requires comprehensive warranty and maintenance support for a minimum of three years. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately with strict adherence to the qualification criteria. The successful bidder will be responsible for pre-shipment inspections, factory and site testing, and training of Employer's personnel.
