Tender Description
The District & Sessions Judge Kohistan Lower is procuring a comprehensive range of IT equipment, hardware, software, and plant & machinery specifically for the establishment of Virtual Courts and Virtual Access Points in Kohistan Lower, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement includes items such as all-in-one PCs, webcams, UPS systems, sound mixers, microphones, LED screens, wall speakers, document visualizers, fiber internet connections, video conferencing software licenses, air conditioning inverters, fire extinguishers, and other related plant machinery. The scope covers supply, installation, configuration, and commissioning of all equipment on a turnkey basis at the District Courts Kohistan Lower.
Eligible bidders must be registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, or service providers with valid NTN and sales tax registration reflected on the active tax payer list (ATL) of FBR. Firms must also be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and KPPRA EPADS portal. Technical bids will be evaluated on criteria including past performance certificates, manufacturer authorization, financial statements, market experience, and technical staff qualifications. Earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to 2% of the bid value is mandatory, along with a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value upon award.
The tender documents can be downloaded from the KPPRA and E-PADS portals or obtained from the office of the Superintendent, Sessions Court Kohistan Lower. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system and hard copies delivered to the office of the District & Sessions Judge Kohistan Lower by 11:00 AM on 4th June 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Delivery and installation must be completed within 14 days of the supply order issuance.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the original Call Deposit Receipt is sealed and placed inside the bid envelope as an affidavit, as failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive. Also, bidders should carefully bind and page-mark all technical documents for smooth evaluation. Strict adherence to submission guidelines and timely delivery will enhance chances of success in this competitive procurement process.
