Janitorial and Conservancy Services for PNS SHIFA and its AoR FY 2026-27

The Pakistan Navy invites bids from well reputed GST registered, financially sound firms, contractors, or parties for undertaking janitorial and conservancy services at PNS SHIFA and its Area of Responsibility (AoR) during the Financial Year 2026-27. The scope of work includes all required janitorial and conservancy services as detailed in the tender documents, which can be obtained from the undersigned upon payment of Rs. 1000/- as stationary charges on any working day between 0900-1300 hours before the closing date. Items being procured: - Janitorial services - Conservancy services The tender process will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope system. Technical bids will be opened first to ascertain capability, and only technically qualified bidders will have their financial bids opened and evaluated. Bids must be accompanied by a Bank Draft or Pay Order of 5% of the total bid value as Earnest Money (Refundable) in favor of A/c 29708 PN Ship's Fund Account PNS SHIFA; cheques will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the technically lowest declared bidder based on criteria mentioned in the tender documents. The bid will remain valid for 60 days, extendable up to 180 days. Contract duration will be up to 30 June 2027. Services will be undertaken against a confirmed contract issued by Commandant PNS SHIFA after approval by HQ COMKAR. Bids must reach the office by 1200 hours on 31 August 2026 and will be opened at 1230 hours on the same day in the presence of firms who may attend. The office is located at PNS SHIFA, DHA Phase-II Korangi Road Karachi. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial bids in compliance with the tender requirements and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
