Janitorial and Miscellaneous Services at Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation IR Hyderabad

The Directorate of Intelligence and Investigation IR Hyderabad invites bids for janitorial and miscellaneous services for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Janitorial Services: 03 persons at office premises, 01 person at warehouse/transit accommodation, 01 person at Karachi camp office (total 05 persons) - Miscellaneous Services: 02 persons for generator operator & maintenance, UPS/electric appliance/solar system inspection, plumber and maintenance, 01 person for computer/hardware/photocopier machine inspection and maintenance (total 03 persons) The scope includes daily cleaning and mopping of floors including outside areas, washing of WCs, wash basins, sinks, cleaning of sanitation lines and gutters, cleaning of glass/windows panes, tube lights, air conditioners, and filling of toilet soap dispensers. The contractor must provide machinery and equipment such as vacuum cleaners and ensure their safekeeping. Uniforms approved by the Directorate must be provided to cleaning staff. The contractor is responsible for safety of fittings, fixtures, and equipment, and for any losses or damages caused by negligence. The contract term is one year. Materials like phenyl, acid, soaps, and surf will be provided by the Directorate. Eligibility criteria include relevant experience and registration with FBR and other authorities as applicable.
