Tender Description
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) invites bids for the provision of janitorial and non-core services at its Quetta Zone office for a period of two years. The contract requires deployment of skilled and unskilled personnel to perform professional, efficient, and satisfactory services.
Items being procured:
- Naib Qasid (07 workers)
- Cook (02 workers)
- Chowkidar (01 worker)
- Sweeper (06 workers)
The scope includes daily sweeping, mopping, dust removal, cleaning of toilets, washrooms, windows, doors, and surrounding areas within the FIA Headquarters premises. The contractor must provide uniforms, identification cards, and protective gear at their own cost. Consumable materials such as disinfectants, cleaning liquids, soaps, brushes, and garbage bags are to be supplied by the contractor. Waste management, tools, machinery, and equipment maintenance are also part of the contract.
The cook must be skilled and passionate, capable of preparing hygienic and delicious meals. The chowkidar will monitor entry and exit points, maintain visitor logs, and ensure security measures. The Naib Qasid will handle official documents and assist with clerical tasks.
