Provision of Janitorial Services at SNGTI, CCC Plant, CMS and Manga Stores including DRC, Bill Printing and Archive Center Lahore

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites bids for the provision of janitorial services at multiple key locations including SNGTI, CCC Plant, CMS, Manga Stores, DRC, Bill Printing and Archive Center. This contract is initially for one year with the possibility of extension by mutual consent. The scope covers comprehensive janitorial services ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of these facilities. The technical scope requires bidders to provide trained, medically fit janitorial staff aged between 18 to 57 years, supervised by experienced personnel. The firm must ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, social security, and EOBI payments. The contract demands monthly salary disbursement certificates and a performance bond of at least 10% of the total contract value excluding PST. Firms must also adhere to HSE standards and provide undertakings regarding legal disputes and contract compliance. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of three years experience in janitorial services for government or large-scale organizations, valid FBR/ATL registration, and submission of a technical bid scoring at least 70% to qualify for the financial bid. Firms must submit separate sealed technical and financial bids, clearly marked, to the General Manager (Administration) at SNGPL’s Lahore office. The tender was published on 15th April 2026, with bids closing on 6th May 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Late submissions or bids via Telex, Fax, or Email will not be accepted. Bidders should ensure no overwriting in quotations and authenticate all deletions. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is implied as per standard practice.
