Janitorial Services Contract for Office of the Accountant General Balochistan Quetta

The Office of the Accountant General Balochistan in Quetta invites sealed bids for the provision of Janitorial Services for its office located at Audit & Account Complex, Zarghoon Road Quetta. This contract is intended for the financial year 2026-27 and requires experienced firms registered for Income Tax and GST to participate. The scope includes daily cleaning and maintenance of the entire office premises, including offices, toilets, open spaces, buildings, furniture, and fixtures. The services must cover sweeping, cleaning, mopping and washing with detergents and disinfectants, polishing as required, and maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards. Items being procured: - Janitorial Services for entire office premises - 6 Janitors and 1 Supervisor Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 80,000/- (5%) in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Deputy Accountant General, Office of the Accountant General Balochistan, Quetta. Cheques are not accepted. The earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after tender finalization and retained until 30.06.2027 for the successful bidder. Bidders are required to provide a completed bid application form, proof of registration with at least three government or private organizations for similar work, valid National Tax and GST certificates, an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or contract termination history, and details of janitorial staff and equipment to be deployed. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. The successful bidder will sign a contract agreement on judicial stamp paper and payments will be made monthly within 45 days of invoice receipt after tax deductions. Bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope marked confidential to the Deputy Accountant General Balochistan at the Office of the Accountant General Balochistan, Zarghoon Road, Quetta.
