Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore is inviting bids for the provision of janitorial services at its Head Office and Executive Transit Mess in Lahore. This contract is initially for one year with the possibility of extension upon mutual consent. The scope includes comprehensive janitorial services ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at the specified locations.
The technical bid requires submission of evaluation criteria, questionnaires, work experience, undertakings, and HSE bidder statements. Financial bids must include a schedule of requirements, list of jobs, terms and conditions, indemnity for financial losses, and an integrity pact for contracts worth Rs. Ten million or more. Bidders must submit separate sealed envelopes for technical and financial bids, clearly marked and confidential.
Eligibility criteria include at least three years of experience providing janitorial services to government departments, semi-government, multinational organizations, or large-scale companies of national repute. Firms must provide proof of experience, bank statements for the last financial year, and undertakings regarding legal disputes, labor laws, and monthly salary disbursement certificates. The firm must also have medically fit janitors aged between 18 to 55 years and supervisors between 25 to 57 years.
