All items must meet the hospital's quality standards and specifications. Bidders must ensure timely delivery and compliance with the required quantities and categories as listed above. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money (CDR/Pay Order) as specified for each item must be submitted with the bid. Bids must be submitted by hand to the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Daggar Buner, no later than 12:00 PM on 03-09-2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of bids will take place on the same day.
