Labor Services Required for Paint Work at CUI-Lahore Campus

Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites bids for labor services required for paint work at its Lahore campus. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to engage qualified contractors to provide skilled labor for applying emulsion and enamel paint coatings on various surfaces within the campus premises located at Defence Road, Lahore. The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Labor Services for 125,000 sqft Emulsion Paint - Labor Services for 60,000 sqft Enamel Paint The scope includes applying emulsion paint coating on old surfaces with all necessary preparatory work such as plaster of paris, sandpaper grinding, scraping, rubbing, and scaffolding for smooth surface finish. The enamel paint services cover application on old surfaces including walls, chairs, desks, windows, walkways, sheds, iron cots, and doors, with materials like kerosene oil for washing, paper tape, sandpaper, brushes, scaffolding, and compressor/spray machine where required. Note that COMSATS will provide the paint materials; the contractor is responsible only for labor services. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet all qualification criteria including FBR/NTN registration and relevant experience. Bid security of PKR 30,000 is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
