Procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for Production of Promotional Videos for Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad International Airports

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services related to the production of promotional (business potential) videos for Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad International Airports. This includes a composite promotional video, an institutional video of Pakistan Airports Authority, social media short clips, and high-resolution captioned photographs. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on the platform. Items being procured: - Production of promotional (business potential) videos for Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad International Airports - Composite promotional video - Institutional video of Pakistan Airports Authority - Social media short clips - High-resolution captioned photographs The procurement will follow a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/119158. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 26, 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 13th October, 2026, at the office of the undersigned. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement as per Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
