Supply of Laboratory and Medical Items for 2026-27 at Khyber Teaching Intensive Monitoring Center Peshawar

Khyber Teaching Intensive Monitoring Center Peshawar invites sealed bids for the supply of laboratory and medical items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the KPPRA e-procurement system (EPADS), and all interested suppliers must submit their bids online by 29-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Items being procured: - Antihuman Globulin (Direct/Indirect) 5 ml vial - Blood Grouping Reagent (Anti A, Anti B, Anti D) 5 ml vial - Serological Pipettes (Plastic/Glass) 5 ml/10 ml - EDTA Tubes 10 ml - Fresh Blood Bags (Single/Double/Triple/Quadruple) - Blood Lancets The technical scope includes the supply of high-quality laboratory reagents, consumables, and blood collection materials as per the specifications required for intensive monitoring and diagnostic purposes. All items must be delivered to the Khyber Teaching Intensive Monitoring Center in Peshawar within the stipulated timeframe. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of PKR 60,000 as earnest money is mandatory and must be submitted along with the bid. Bidders are required to upload the CDR on the EPADS portal and also submit the original CDR in the office before the bid opening. Only those bids will be considered which fulfill all the terms and conditions mentioned in the notice. The deadline for submission is 29-09-2026.
