Labour Contract for Distempering and Painting Work at Public Sector Hospital Swat

Sealed quotations are invited from registered firms, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized dealers, and distributers who are also registered with Income Tax Departments having valid NTN/STRN for the labour contract of distempering and painting work at the Public Sector Hospital Swat. The procurement will be conducted on a FOR-SINOR basis under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Labour Contract for Distempering/Painting Work Complete and detailed specifications are available in the tender documents, which can be obtained from the office of the Procurement Officer, P.O. Box # 50, Swat during office hours from 0800 to 1400 (Monday to Saturday) except Friday (0800 to 1200 hours) upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000 as a bank draft in the name of SINOR Revenue Generated Account or by cash deposit in SINOR. Tenders must reach the office before the closing date and time of 19-09-2026 at 11:30 AM. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized agents who wish to attend. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. In case of any unplanned or unforeseen public holiday, the tender opening will be deferred to the next working day at the same time.
