The scope also includes civil works like levelling, filling, kerb stone laying, fencing with wire mesh, and installation of marble mosaic benches at multiple sites including Chummry Lodge, Fatima Jinnah Hostel, 48-Family Suites, Gulshan e Jinnah Complex, Federal Lodge-I & II, and Hassan Gharri Colony in Peshawar.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC under specialized code CE-10(v) and possess valid FBR/ATL registration. Experience in similar landscaping and civil works is essential. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders are required to submit their bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Monday, May 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit Receipt to the Estate Office Management in Islamabad.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and carefully prepare the technical and financial proposals in compliance with the bidding documents. Attention to detail in the Bill of Quantities and adherence to the fixed price policy will enhance the chances of success. Also, bidders should plan site visits responsibly to understand the scope and conditions, as this will aid in accurate pricing and execution planning. The contract duration is 30 calendar days from signing, with a 10% performance guarantee required. Delays will attract penalties up to 10% of the contract value. This is a significant opportunity for qualified contractors specializing in landscaping and civil maintenance works in Islamabad and Peshawar.
