Tender Description
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for landscaping works in areas adjacent to VIP Lanes and Old Car Parking at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. This procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and is referenced as P88009. The works include civil and horticulture tasks to enhance the airport's surroundings in Lahore, Punjab.
Items being procured:
- Civil works including providing and laying precast cement concrete kerb stones (12'' long, 6'' wide, 12'' deep) with excavation, backfilling, and curing
- Providing and laying 1:3:6 cement concrete using crushed graded boulders for foundation with levelling and compacting
- Levelling and dressing the ground by cutting and filling earth up to 6 inches depth including consolidating and watering
- Supply and plantation of live local grass in slabs with earth intact covering approximately 99,197 sqft
The scope covers the supply of quality materials and execution of landscaping works at the specified airport site. Bidders must be registered with PEC Category 6 and hold valid FBR registration and ATL listing. Bid security of PKR 100,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Call Deposit. The procurement will be conducted through a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS).
Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on September 3, 2026. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS and review all bidding documents carefully. The contract includes a 180-day maintenance period post-completion.
