Procurement of Latest AI PC Desktop Computers for University of Gujrat

University of Gujrat invites prequalification applications from eligible Companies, Firms, and Sole Proprietors for the procurement of the latest AI PC desktop computers for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through electronic tendering. Items being procured: - Procurement of latest AI PC desktop computers for University of Gujrat The complete prequalification documents (PQD) can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, PPRA website https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/public_procurement, and University of Gujrat website https://uog.edu.pk/tenders. Applications must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 03.11.2026 (Tuesday) at 02:00 PM. The PQD will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM at the specified address. Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments such as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order (PO), or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Only electronically submitted bid security will be considered valid. Applicants must ensure all pages are signed and stamped. Incomplete or vague e-prequalification documents will not be entertained. The University Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the electronic submission guidelines and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
