Tender Description
The Town Municipal Corporation Gadap Karachi is procuring works for laying an aggregate base course for the juloos route at Binatul Hussain Imam Bargah, Bakiatulahh Imam Bargah, Muntazarin Imam Pipri UC Pipri. This project involves preparing the sub-base by supplying and spreading well-graded pit or bed run gravel with specific liquid limit and plasticity index, compacted to 98-100% density as per modified AASHO standards. The aggregate base course will be laid in proper grade and camber with a CBR of 80% as per AASHTO specifications, using approved mechanical means such as motor graders and vibratory rollers. The estimated cost of the project is **PKR 2,998,600** with a completion period of 90 days. The tender is issued by the **Town Municipal Corporation Gadap** located in Karachi, Sindh.
Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category, registered with Sindh Revenue Board and NTN, and have at least 5 years of relevant experience including at least one similar work costing 80% of the estimated cost or two works each costing 50%. A minimum turnover of PKR 4 million over the last five years is required. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the bid price in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The tender fee is PKR 2,000 non-refundable.
