Laying of Main Water Supply Line and Construction of Water Supply System for Meerani Housing Scheme Turbat

The Meerani Housing Scheme Turbat invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. The works include: - Laying of Main Water Supply Line for Meerani Housing Scheme - Construction of Water Supply System for Meerani Housing Scheme Turbat Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in Active Tax Payer List and registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration requires completion of 2 assignments of similar nature of work turnover for serial No. 1 and 2 at least PKR 58,800,056 and PKR 14,248,858 respectively. PEC registration with Engineering Council (PEC) for Serial 1 C-4 and above and Serial 2 C-6 and above is mandatory. Specialized codes are C-4 (Water Supply) and C-6 (Water Supply) with a limit up to 25 million. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security must accompany the bid in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% specified above in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for serial No. 1 and from the office for serial 2 upon deposit of 2,000 PKR (non-refundable) in account C-02716 through Government Treasury/National Bank of Pakistan. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication of NIT to 12 October 2026 during office hours. The last date of bid submission is 12 October 2026 till 12:00 PM.
