Laying of Power Cables

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Islamabad is procuring works for the laying of power cables in Islamabad Capital Territory. This procurement involves the provision and installation of PVC insulated PVC sheathed 630 mm2 single core copper conductor cables rated at 600/1000 Volt, along with associated earthing sets and excavation works. The scope includes supplying 700 meters of LT power cable, fixing earthing sets with copper plates buried at 20 feet depth, and excavation in soft soil up to 20 feet deep and 40 feet long, covered with sand soil. The project is scheduled for completion within 7 days from commencement. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in Category 6 or higher, preferably with specialized codes EE-04 and EE-05 related to low and high voltage systems. Registration with FBR and inclusion on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for income and sales tax is mandatory. Bidders must also submit audited financial statements for the last three financial years demonstrating positive net worth and provide an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation with public sector organizations. The tender follows a National Single Stage-Two Envelope procurement method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, June 8, 2026, at 02:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical bid will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM.
