Tender Description
Water And Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lahore invites bids from Contractors, Firms, and Companies registered on Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PEC license in category C-5 or above and specialization in codes CE-09, CE-10 & ME-06. Bidders must be registered with FBR and PRA with active filer NTN and PNTN for the project titled 'Laying of Storm Water System for Firdos Market and M.M Alam Road Lahore'.

The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under PPRA regulations. Bidding documents with detailed requirements and terms are available online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. Technical bids must be submitted on Punjab e-Procurement System before 10-11-2026 by 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Hard copies will not be accepted.
A digital bid security of 3% of the estimated cost, i.e. Rs.1,376,998.5, must be submitted via e-Bid Security on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Bidders must quote rates against each DNIT/BOQ item; percentage bids will be rejected. The bids will remain valid for 120 days.
Eligibility requires PEC category C-5 or above, FBR and PRA registration with active filer status, and compliance with PPRA and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Conditional tenders, bids via post or telegraph, or corrupt/unreadable e-bids will be rejected.
