Laying of Tuff Tiles, Sewerage, Solar Systems and Road Construction Works in Quetta

The Assistant Director Local Government Quetta invites bids for multiple civil and electrical works for the financial year 2026-27 under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. These works are based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. The procurement covers a range of infrastructure and solar energy projects in Quetta city. Items being procured: - Laying of Tuff Tiles, Sewerage/Drain at Malik Khel Street Mengle Store Buba Chowk and Adjoining Areas Killi Ismail - Provision of Missing Facilities of Masjids in Different Areas of Quetta - Installation of Solar System at Aslam Kurd Area - Construction of PCC Footpath, Tuff Tiles, Shade and Boundary Wall of Cant Grave Yard - Solar Water Supply System at Killi Haji Abdullah Jan Ghibzai - Construction of Bitumen/Tar Road and Installation of Solar Street Lights at Baba Fareed Housing - Laying of Tuff Tiles, Sewerage/Drain at Lal Khan Street Wadera Naseem Street Hazoor Shah Street & Adjoining Areas of Killi Ismail - Laying of Tuff Tiles, Sewerage/Drain Street Gates Installation of Solar Street Lights & Local Bore with Solar System at Shah Zaman Scheme - Construction of Sewerage Line and Drain Bitumen/Tar Road at Killi Nohsar Killi Malazai Killi Landhi Kuchlak These works involve laying of tuff tiles, sewerage and drainage systems, construction of footpaths, boundary walls, and roads, as well as installation of solar street lights and solar water supply systems. The projects are spread across various localities in Quetta, requiring expertise in civil construction, sanitation, and solar power installation. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. PEC registration and FBR/ATL compliance are mandatory. Experience in similar works and submission of Earnest Money in the form of CDR at 2% or 3% as specified is required.
