The site is along the main National Highway Road near Benazir, Karachi. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant category, NTN certificate, Sindh Revenue Board registration, professional tax certificate, electrical license for related works, minimum 5 years experience, turnover of 2 to 4 million PKR over last 3 years, affidavit of no litigation or blacklisting, and documentary proof of machinery and past work completion certificates.
