LEASE: Baggage Wrapping Facility Concession at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the concession to establish, operate, and maintain the Baggage Wrapping Facility (Room A 02) located in the International Departure Briefing Area, Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, Jinnah International Airport Karachi. This lease concession is offered for a period of five (05) years with a monthly reserve price of **PKR 3,025,000**. The concessionaire will be responsible for all operational and maintenance activities related to the facility. Items being leased: - Baggage Wrapping Facility at Room A 02, Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi The lease includes the right to operate the facility with a 10% annual enhancement on the cumulative lease amount for subsequent years. Bids exceeding the reserve price will be considered. The facility is situated in a prime location within the airport, ensuring high foot traffic and business potential. Eligible bidders include registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Tender forms can be obtained upon written request with CNIC and NTN certificates and payment of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Tender submission requires separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial offers, both placed in a single envelope clearly mentioning the concession name. Documents must be dropped in the designated tender box at the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035), Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal by the deadline. Late or conditional bids will be rejected. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Bidders with outstanding dues to PAA are ineligible. Submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting.
