Lease of Branded Perfume and Cosmetic Outlet at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is offering a commercial concession for lease at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. The lease is for a branded perfume and cosmetic outlet located in the main conference and transit corridor area at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, measuring 80 square feet. The concession period is five years with a monthly reserve price of Rs. 230,000 and a 10% annual cumulative enhancement on the rent during subsequent years. Only bids exceeding the reserve price will be entertained. Items/lot involved: - Branded Perfume and Cosmetic Outlet space of 80 sqft at Jinnah International Airport Karachi The lease includes the right to establish, operate, and maintain the outlet within the specified area. Interested bidders must be registered companies, firms, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation will carry 80% weightage. Tender forms can be obtained upon written request with CNIC and NTN copies and payment of Rs. 5,000 non-refundable fee via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Tender submission requires separate sealed envelopes for technical and financial offers, clearly marked and placed together in one envelope. Documents must be dropped in the designated tender box at the Main Conference Room, Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal by 28-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per law. Bidders with outstanding dues to PAA are ineligible.
