The canteen must not be sublet or transferred to any other party. The contractor will be required to deposit an earnest money of Rs. 5,000 in the form of CDR or pay order along with the application. The annual lease amount must be paid in advance for the full year. The canteen operator will be responsible for all utility bills and maintenance of cleanliness in the canteen area. Only those with prior experience in running canteens or similar food outlets will be considered favorably. The contractor must comply with all relevant rules and regulations of the college and local authorities. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Principal, Govt Post Graduate Girls College No 1 Abbottabad, by 15 September 2026.
