Rental Office Space for NADRA Registration Center Jamshoro

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Karachi invites bids for rental office space required for the NADRA Registration Center Jamshoro. The office accommodation must be located in the vicinity of Jamshoro City and surrounding areas with a covered area preferably between 2,000 sq.ft to 3,500 sq.ft at ground floor in the shape of a hall with public and staff washroom and an approachable main location. The premises should have an independent entrance with a wide gate located on the main road, visible security, and easy accessibility by public transport. Additional features include a ramp for wheelchair access, roof top for satellite dish antenna installation and solar installations, proper parking space, and a commercial status building with tenancy for a minimum period of 10 years. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am at NADRA RHO Karachi conference hall. Bid security must be provided in hard copy. Required documents include attested photocopies of property ownership, approved map, site plan, CNIC, NTN, GST, SST certificates, completion and fitness certificate from concerned authority, and a non-judicial stamp paper undertaking certifying the building is not temporary or debarred by any government agency. No brokerage or service charges will be paid. NADRA reserves the right under PPRA Rule 33 to reject bids if documents are incomplete. This tender is specific to Karachi city under the Sindh province.
