Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office Lahore invites sealed bids on a single stage two envelope basis for leasing seventeen (17) prime commercial sites across Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Sukkur divisions. The lease is for a period of 21 years, extendable for a further 21 years, with an annual increase in rent at 8% compound. The sites are intended for commercial plazas, mixed-use commercial areas, IT parks, hospital/health care facilities, showrooms, food and retail outlets. The commitment fee and advance first year annual rent will be payable within 30 days of issuance of Letter of Intent. Bidding documents are available at Pakistan Railways Headquarters Lahore upon payment of Rs. 10,000 per site. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with prescribed documents and bid security in the form of Pay Order/CDR/Bank Draft/Demand Draft in favor of FA&CAO/PR. Eligibility requires bidders to be commercial property developers, real estate companies, construction companies, JV/Firms, consultants, or architects with valid authorization letters. Pakistan Railways reserves the right to reject any or all bids without liability.
