LEASE: Establish and Operate Two Main Complementary Tea Service Counters and One Conference Room at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease concession to establish and operate two main complementary tea service counters and one conference room, each measuring 40 square feet, located in the Domestic and International Departure Lounges of Jinnah Terminal, Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. The lease period is five years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. The reserve price is set at Rs. 376,444 per month, and only bids exceeding this amount will be entertained. Items being leased: - Two main complementary tea service counters - One conference room (40 square feet each) The concessionaire will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of these facilities at the airport's Level-VI. Bidders must be registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation will carry 80% weightage. Tender forms can be obtained upon written request with CNIC and NTN certificates and a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes separately marked as Technical and Financial offers and placed together in one envelope. Submission is at the Box in the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi by the specified date and time. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after submission in the presence of bidders. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per law. Defaulters of PAA dues are ineligible. Any bidder submitting fake documents will be blacklisted and forfeited. Outstanding dues must be cleared before financial bid opening.
