LEASE: Establishment and Operation of Foreign Currency Exchange Counter at Multan International Airport

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease concession of establishing and operating a Foreign Currency Exchange Counter at Multan International Airport (MIAP), Multan. The lease period is five (05) years with a reserve price of Rs. 335,000 per month. The concession includes the right to operate the currency exchange counter in the international briefing area of MIAP. The lease fee will be subject to a 10% annual cumulative enhancement during subsequent years. Only bids exceeding the reserve price will be entertained. Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Airport Manager/COO, MIAP, upon submission of a written request along with CNIC and NTN certificates and payment of Rs. 5,000 as a non-refundable fee via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes separately marked as Technical Offer and Financial Offer, placed together in one envelope specifying the concession name. The submission deadline is 11th November 2026 at 1100 hrs, with opening at 1130 hrs on the same day at the COO/APM office, MIAP, Multan. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted. Eligibility requires bidders to have relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Earnest Money must be genuine; any fake documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Outstanding dues with PAA must be cleared before financial bid opening.
