Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease of the garbage lifting concession at Islamabad International Airport. The concession period is for two years or until finalization of outsourcing, whichever is earlier. The reserve price for the concession is **Rs. 585,700/-**. The concession includes lifting of garbage from designated sites within the airport premises.
The lease will be awarded with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Bids exceeding the reserve price will be considered. Tender forms can be obtained from the office of Officer Incharge Commercial, IIAP Islamabad, upon submission of a written request along with CNIC and NTN certificates and payment of Rs. 5,000/- via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority.
Tender documents must be submitted in two sealed envelopes marked as Technical Offer and Financial Offer, placed together in one envelope specifying the subject tender. These are to be dropped in the designated tender box at the office of Airport Manager/COO, IIAP Islamabad by **11th November 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after the deadline in the presence of bidders.
Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Submission of fake documents or pay orders will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Outstanding dues must be cleared before financial bid opening.
