LEASE: Forest Rest House Muzaffarabad for 30 Years

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Nizamate Janglaat Muzaffarabad is inviting sealed bids for the lease of its Forest Rest House located on Bank Road, Muzaffarabad, for a period of 30 years. This opportunity is being offered under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure, and interested parties are encouraged to participate in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined by the department. Items being leased: - Forest Rest House, Bank Road, Muzaffarabad (30-year lease) The Forest Rest House is a valuable immovable property situated in a prime location, making it suitable for a variety of commercial or institutional uses as permitted by the department. Interested bidders must submit their applications on the prescribed form, which can be obtained from the office of Nizamate Janglaat Muzaffarabad upon payment of Rs. 100. The application must be accompanied by a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1500. All applicants must be registered with GST and NTN, and must provide a Bid Security of 17 percent of the annual lease value in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Only individuals or firms not blacklisted by any government agency are eligible to participate, and an affidavit to this effect is required. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Nizamate Janglaat Muzaffarabad by 4 September 2026 at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
