LEASE: Minor Minerals Mining Lease of District Mardan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The District Auction Committee of District Mardan invites applications from registered contractors of Minor Minerals for participation in auction and grant of Minor Minerals lease of the following blocks in District Mardan under provision of Section-78 sub Section (3) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Mineral Act 2017 for a period of one year mining lease on the basis of 'As is where is' against reserve price and call deposit given against each block in the office of the Deputy Commissioner Mardan. The auction date is 21/09/2026 at 02:00 pm, with a next date of auction on 22/09/2026 at 02:00 pm if required. Items being leased: - 100.98 acres near village Mora Kali Rustam District Mardan, Reserve Price Rs. 8,580,000, Call Deposit Rs. 2,145,000 - 113 acres near village Chota Marhati District Mardan, Reserve Price Rs. 34,100,000, Call Deposit Rs. 8,525,000 - 12.21 acres near village Mian Baba Jee Pir Garhi District Mardan, Reserve Price Rs. 3,300,000, Call Deposit Rs. 825,000 The lease is governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Mineral Act 2017. Interested parties must be registered with Directorate General Mines & Minerals Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as Minor Minerals Contractors. Application forms cost Rs. 10,200 non-refundable. Blacklisted or unregistered persons are not eligible. Applicants must submit attested copies of CNIC, NTN, partnership deed or memorandum of association, and evidence of paid-up capital if applicable. Call deposits and application fees must be deposited in specified Bank of Khyber accounts. The successful bidder must deposit 1/4th of total bid money as security within three days of auction, demarcate leased area within fifteen days at own expense, and comply with excise duty and tax rules. Only verified challans are allowed for transportation of minerals. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
