The Horticulture Authority Faisalabad invites sealed bids for leasing out sites for Pedal Tennis Courts and Indoor Cricket Arenas at various locations in Faisalabad. The lease is for an initial period of 10 years with a 10% annual increase in rent. The sites are located in different parks and towns within Faisalabad. All movable and immovable structures installed will become property of Horticulture Authority Faisalabad upon contract expiry or termination. Bidders must have relevant experience and submit a bid security as specified. The bidding process will follow a Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure with separate Technical and Financial Proposals. Technical proposals must include valid NTN, PRA certificates, FBR registration, and other required documents. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened. Bids must be submitted by 30-08-2026 at 11:00 AM to the office of the Director Coordination & Marketing, Horticulture Authority Faisalabad. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to request financial improvements from bidders.
