Pakistan Navy invites sealed tenders/quotations from Registered Firms, Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), and individuals for leasing out the Petrol Pump located on A-1 Land (Category 'A' Activities) at PNVSD Karachi. The available commercial space is 0.42 Acres situated on Dalmia Road adjacent to PNVSD Karachi. Items/Properties involved: - Petrol Pump on A-1 Land (0.42 Acres) at PNVSD Karachi The lease requires a Security Deposit equivalent to 4 to 6 months' rent to be deposited at the time of signing the contract. Interested parties must submit a request application on their company letterhead to obtain tender documents, accompanied by a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500/-. The last date for submission of tenders is 28 August 2026 at 1100 Hrs, with opening scheduled the same day at 1130 Hrs. Late submissions will not be entertained and will be treated as cancelled.
