Lease of Restaurant Space at Jilani Park Lahore

The Parks and Horticulture Authority Lahore invites bids for leasing out a restaurant space at Jilani Park near Gate no.2. This lease is for a period of ten years on a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) basis. The space measures 4500 Sq. Ft. and includes an indoor and outdoor kitchen along with indoor, outdoor, and rooftop sitting areas. Items being procured: - Restaurant space of 4500 Sq. Ft. - Indoor & Outdoor Kitchen - Indoor, Outdoor and Rooftop Sitting The restaurant shall be developed in a modern and eco-friendly style, preferably using a prefabricated structure. The use of concrete is discouraged to preserve the park's natural aesthetics. The layout and architectural design must receive prior approval from the Parks and Horticulture Authority Lahore (HAL). Interested bidders must submit sealed bids in single-stage two-envelope format. Eligibility requires established National, International, or Multinational Food Chains, Franchises, and Restaurants. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 2,500,000 in the form of a CDR drawn in the name of Parks & Horticulture Authority, Jilani Park, Jail Road, Lahore. Tender forms are available for Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable) from the office of the Staff Officer, Directorate of Coordination, HAL. The last date for submission of bids is 30th July 2026 by 12:00 p.m. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of the Auction Committee and representatives of bidders at the office of the Additional Managing Director, HAL. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure that the envelope clearly mentions the bidder's name and the specific auction for which the tender has been obtained.
