The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC Workshop) Karachi invites bids for the negotiated tender for procurement of services required for lifting the Port Qasim Pilot Boat Amber from sea level to cradle at Marginal Wharf (M.W) #1/2 PQA. This service involves the use of preferably a 150 ton certified crawler crane along with all necessary fittings such as wire sling, hook, shackles, and riggers. The pilot boat specifications are: length 20.5 meters, breadth 5.9 meters, depth 2.92 meters, and gross tonnage 72. Items being procured: - Services required for hoisting/lifting Port Qasim Pilot Boat Amber from sea level to cradle at Marginal Wharf #1/2 PQA using a 150 ton certified crawler crane with all fittings including wire sling, hook, shackles, riggers etc. (1 job) The crane, related parts, and crane operator must be certified by a leading national or international testing, inspection, and certification company such as SGS Pakistan (Private) Limited, TUV Austria Bureau of Inspection & Certification (Pvt.) Ltd., Bureau Veritas (Pvt) Ltd. BVQI, or Inspectest (Pvt) Ltd. The scope covers safe and efficient lifting operations at the specified location in Karachi. Eligible bidders must have at least two years of experience in similar marine industry works, be registered with taxation authorities and enlisted on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and must not be blacklisted by any government or public sector entity. Bid security in the form of a pay order or bid securing declaration is required. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM.
